Two listed Georgian buildings in Brushfield Street, City of London, had been vandalised by a previous owner.
One building had been completely demolished and there remained a half demolished building which, according to
the GLC Historic Buildings, was the last remaining example of a fourth-rate Georgian shop in the city.
